Confirmed my PP account, but still limited?

    Hi. I'm sorry, but i cud not find any threads related to this. So i just confirmed my PP (pay.pal) account, but its still limited. What to do now?

    verifying your paypal and getting limited is two different kind of animal

    verified paypal account can be limited almost just as easily as a non-verified

    just got to the resolution center of your paypal, i'm almost sure they're asking for more proof(s) not regarding your identity, but regarding to transaction(s) or something like that

    Hi. thank you for your help. Yes, they are asking to Confirm my credit card , and its complete, Change password , complete and Update security questions complete.

    wait, what do you mean by limited?

    is it a brand new account w/o any transaction history, am i right?

    i can be wrong with this, but i think you need to attach a bank account as well to remove that kind of initial limitaton, they also used to ask for proof of address

    No, its not a new account, its a 1 or 2 years old account.

    Why is my account access limited?

    Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

    Mar 22, 2011: We want to check with you to make sure that no one has logged in to your account without your permission.

    So at Resolution Center i complete the steps listed on this page to initiate a review of the limitations, so i confirmed my credit card, updated my security questions, and changed my password, but still says that my account access is limited.
    About my account: Account Type: Premier Status: Verified
    Now what can be the problem?

    If you updgrade your account to premier it will be limited to 500Euro withdrawal limit per day. After you reach 10,000$ in payments they lift your limit and you will have no more withdrawal limit. However, if you withdraw to your card not bank account, VISA has a limit of no more than 1,200$ per day.

    This can also be removed by contacting the bank that issued your card and explaining this to them.

    Thank you andreyg13, but i still cant send money, i says Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.

    yea, do what Ace-P says if you don't see any more unsolved request in the resolution centre

    just ask for a supervisor, if the person who picks up the phone is clueless
