I'm not sure exactly what you need, but scrapebox is a pretty light program. You shouldn't have any trouble with just about any computer from the last 5 years.

The bottleneck is not the PC but the Internet bandwidth. Unless you have a 100mbps dedicated line you can even use a P3 or maybe even a P2. Personally what I recommend you is a Mini-ITX computer with a Mini-ITX case that has a ~100W power supply. They have very low power consumption (40-60W) so in the long run you save some money.

    My Mini-ITX server specs:
Intel DG41MJ motherboard (needs BIOS update to fix network card bug)
Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 2.5GHz, socket 775 CPU
Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB HDD
    Kingmax 2GB DDR2-800 PC6400 FBGA Mars memory
Case has a 120W power supply and looks like this (but black): http://www.rsun.com.ph/blog/?p=1838

    Total cost $300

Keep in mind that if the power supply is high wattage (over 150-200W) the power consumption will increase.

I have this setup as a Linux home server that runs non stop.
You can also go for an Atom CPU & MB which is cheaper but less powerful.

If you want cheaper and less powerful a P4 is enough (actually too good) for ScrapeBox and proxy scraping. For Xrumer might not be enough though (on a 100mbps up/down line).

As I said, the bottleneck is not the PC but the Internet connection.

Just buy an acer revo and put cracked windows 7. cost about $200

The bottleneck is your bandwidth and not your PC
