What are your goals with the 2nd group? I think an example of a good 2nd group would be to have 5-7 people who is GOOD if not an expert in at least 1 area of the project in that way we can help cover each other's weak areas. I mean we don't have a leader like NapsteR in the group who will personally hear us and solve our problems. We have to solve our problems by sharing it among ourselves in most cases.
I don't see any point in a group if I have to read questions like "can I use blogger instead of WP?" "Can I use free hosting?" also if someone takes more than 2 days to select his niche(not kws).
One small tip I would like to give to the people who are starting now is don't fall in love with your niche, along the road if you get the slightest hint that the niche you chose isn't gonna make you any moolah as you "visioned" it probably never will.
After this point no need to giveup just start building a new site with a new niche. You don't have to be very passionate about this niche but make sure it has a decent audience, it's evergreen and you're confident enough to rank it.
We actually overlook these basic factors at first, we get so immersed in our niche selection we look for "The ONE" which makes us overwhelmed with the things which are not even important at this point like how life is gonna change once you hit the $1k/month mark. Instead try doing as much research possible by yourself then look for answers.

Now I'm not an "expert" in IM yet but I have recently dropped college after my 2nd year to give my full dedication to IM so this alone shows you how motivated I am. And since I was too late for NapsteR's group I would like to be a part of a small skype group who thinks similar to my above statements, non-egoistic because you know more than me
even a group of 3 should be a good start.
