complaint proof .bz registration?

So my town used to have a forum that allowed anonymous posting. People would go on and talk trash about other people in the city. This went on for years until the local website developer who ran it finally got fed up and went to a confusing system that you have to register to use.

I have mytownname.bz believe it or not everything else was taken. Even town-state.info some clown is trying to sell for $3500 on Godaddy.

So I may just go ahead and put the forum back up exactly as it looked before on my .bz but I don't plan to EVER respond to a take down request or mediate the board other then to remove spam postings. I am sure this will result in complaints to the domain registra eventually.

So is there somewhere I can transfer the reg (it's at godaddy now) where they will never give up my name nor will they EVER take it away because of a whine bag complaining someone called him an AXXhole on the site?
