Competitor is Chaining CPA Offers via PHP to Give Away my Product 4 Free

My competitor is using CPA offers that are chained together via PHP.

The vistor fills out the offers and then at the end of the chain, a product (similar to mine) is given away for free.

How can I create something similar to this?

Is there a product that teaches how to do this?

A link to that competitor would be nice! This is an interesting concept, this is like a substitute of incentivised offers.
