    Hello,

    Here is situation:

Me and my competitor have have almost same domain keywordXXX both domains are same age.

    Competitor:
I check his links in yahoo and see that he have 5 links from shit websites this websites not even have good PR, his website have title only with main keyword and one article he is using wordpress I think and he rank #3 position in google for this keyword he also have unique USA ip.

    Me:
I have my unique TVS website, have about 10 different pages and articles, I have title with one main keyword and few sub keywords also I have about 300 links from different websites and this websites have good PR my position is in 3 page in google for this keyword I also have unique IP but not in USA.

So how he with less links rank better than me ? or yahoo don't show HIGH PR links ?

    Thanks.

If you are going for USA keyword, it might effect you... (though, im not 100% sure)

Your competitor could be doing a simple 301 redirect with another high PR/Backlink domain. In cases where you see guys holding the top spot with very basic on site SEO and only a hand full of backlinks this tends to be the case more often than not, in my experience.
