I've $1056 stuck in CJ account as "locked commission" I was promoting PPS campaign. just a month ago Advertiser withdrawn his campaign. And never paid my commission.
I contacted CJ and they say that "Advertiser doesn't have funds in their account, we can't do anything"
    Any Suggestions?
EDIT: And they have homepage promotion "best ROI in industry" forget about "best", there is fcking no returns :(

That's so sad, all your hardwork down the drain, maybe that's why I never liked them.

That's really messed up. They probably really can't do anything, but maybe they should screen their advertisers better =\

How can they not protect their "valued" affiliates?
Affiliates are the ones who are doing the hard labor.
Time for them to rehash their TOS to protect affiliates in such cases.

They do by putting accounts into passive or dormant status. It's a huge disgrace.

I had an account at Commssion Junction that I never used because I heard so many bad things about them. After 6 months they shut my account down due to inactivity. I wanted to try out their offers but none of them would get accepted. This network has new owners and I think they are just letting the network die off.

"Advertiser doesn't have funds in their account, we can't do anything". WTF.

How could they let him "in" in the first place.

that's right, for non US account, almost all offers get rejected automatically. Useless network I've ever seen.

yes, and they reply me with link of their TOS, -
PSA Section 3(e) states: "CJ shall have no obligation to make payment of any Payouts for which CJ has not received payment from the relevant Advertiser of all monies due to CJ (including for all Payouts owed by such Advertiser to all of such Advertiser's Publishers)."

Never had any offer accepted on CJ. Anyway they closed it for inactivity like for other members above.
"Inactivity" because they didn't approved any offers, lmao what a joke. So I suppose I was lucky.

Move on Nirmal, sometimes this happens.

You can mail the advertiser through their system. I would email them daily until they fund it.

Well, emailing won't get the funds back. Sometimes its better to cut losses and just move on rather than spending valuable time chasing.

If you are not from USA most of the good offers will automatically decline you. If you have good website with decent traffic you can manually apply for it and get approval but success rate is low. I got several offers this way in very tough niche but my site was ranking on Google and I had good traffic...

I never had any problem with CJ except occasional loss of sales lol but OP problem which you faced is not good. It's network's job to get money from advertiser otherwise what they are doing there... Any body can setup their own personal affiliate tracking software and start sending sales or leads directly to advertiser, it's money part why we go to network so we don't have to worry about collecting payment.

It's unfortunate and now I really have to think about picking advertisers in CJ before I start sending them traffic, I don't want to face same situation...

Has it ever happened to you? And if yes, were you able to solve it by doing what you have said above?

BTW, they are the most shitty network I have ever seen. They shave like hell. I knew there was a sale, since I was making my clients to purchase through my aff links, yet there sales were not registering. Better keep away from them.
