Comments on this method please...

Hi all

Please help comment on the below setup -

1. Set up a quality niche membership site(search BHW for tools).

2. Give out free membership in exchange for contact details as well as the "refer 3 friends" thing, to make it viral.

3. Get targeted but free traffic via torrent, article directory etc

4. Include affiliate products and CPA related to the membership site in strategic location in the website

5. Once some cash starts coming in, invest them in ppc to get more traffic.

6. When the membership site starts generating healthy profit, outsource the maintenance of the site or sell the site.

7. Rinse and repeat with another niche membership site.

Not much details, but generally, this is what I have in mind and will need all experienced IMers to help give me comments.

By that, I meant providing good information that ppl are looking for and package it into a membership site for list building, affiliate marketing and CPA earnings.

You reckon it will work?
