    Hey guys,

long story short just need a little advice. going to be hiring a commission only sales person soon (just someone of CL who wants to earn some extra cash). Products a very easy sell - just want someone to do the legwork for me.

i dont want to go through the hassle of formally hiring someone. Whats the best way to set this up for the tax man / goverment , i.e set up an affilliate sceheme, purchase their services as a consultant / tell them they are self employed etc etc.

im sure some gurus here have the answer
    Thanks

Keep them spinning around in the air above your toaster :D

Keep them as self employed sub contractors pay as you go

Make them a 1099 independent contractor. Spell out your commission arrangement as clearly as possible. Protect yourself AND protect them so that they stay involved.
Do keep us appraised of what works and what doesn't and your progress in this venture.
    Good luck,
