combine avi+exe file into one avi file

does someone knows how to combine (binding) an avi file with exe file and create a file will be with avi extention that when someone run it will run the 2 files
and what software do i need to use in order to do that

you cant bind an executable with a video file

extra, If you use a program such as Macromedia Captivate now known as Adobe Captivate you can create video exe files from flash videos but these are from screen shots. What is the video of?

There used to be a program simply called Joiner that would so something like this, it was popular back in the Sub7 days. But then again, this is a black hat marketing forum, not a black hat hacker's forum...

yeah, its just not possible right now.. unless you have some private exploit.. which i doubt anyone here has
