Collecting leads with 120 instagram accounts with 20k-80k followers each

I plan to monetize 120 instagram accounts with 20k-80k followers each,
I ll make a website for every 5 accounts (any more and insta bans them) and make them opt-in on there through posting an advertissement of my product on all accounts in the stories "go to the website and opt-in to get acess to the product, which will be sent to you by Email"
(The one seperate sales page of the product will be sent to all people, not the product itself)

But im scared that instagram would ban me 1. for collecting leads(opt-in)
2. for promoting one product on 120 pages indirectly through the leads (the advertissements in the stories will always be different so insta doesnt see a connection)
--> but hired reviewers of instagram could opt-in and see that the product is promoted in many different accounts (or will this not happen?)

Do you think 1. and 2. are a problem??

Check your laws and you will be fine if you cloak your link . Just don't break any laws and don't sell their data.

Also you really think they have time for you? They too worried about the scammers and hackers.

Data of whom? Instagram?
Check which laws? The national laws in my country?

I guess he is talking about GDPR and such stuff, you will need double opt-in etc.
