Yeah had done already but I think the main problem is content. Thats why all the problem occured

SES required SPF, DKIM and DMARC to be authenticated before it will move an account out of production now.

In your opinion, is there a difference in quality of the accounts by region? ie. N. Virginia better than Tokyo for inbox delivery?
 
  • Warm up your SES account slowly – Start with 50–100 emails/day and gradually scale
  • Use a custom domain with proper DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Clean your list – Use tools like NeverBounce to avoid high bounce rates
  • Write like a human – No spammy subject lines, avoid links in the first email if possible
  • Track engagement – If open/click rates are low, SES reputation drops fast
  • Use a separate sending domain from your main one, just in case
 
There are some AWS SES warm service if you think that will consume your time. The cheapest and safest is to do it yourself
