Coding Dilemma that Needs REsolving

I have a coding dilemma that needs resolving. I will explaint here so that in the event you cannot assist me there is no need fo ryou to respond:

I am setting up a contest based site . This site will be a WP site. I need code/script that will allow for me to take choices sent to me by email and store them on a database automatically, also, this script/code will also need to place this info in an Excel type format chart with specific designation as to the contestants choice.

Also, i need a way to include a membership sectin for each contestant. There will be paid and free member so I need a way to not only collect the money for the paid ones, but also to be able to distinguish who is a paid one and who is not, limiting the members to certain portions of the site based on their membership level.
