Hello,

I have a site on wordpress.com (premium plan), I'm looking to add Chat bar (between the visitor and me)

I want it to be simple and clear, how much it can cost?

If you're looking for live chat functionality, try searching google as there are plenty of free options available. I've used purechat in the past, but since it's not free anymore I now mainly use tawk.to.

I'm sure there's probably a plugin that can do that. Probably some free ones and paid ones

Well my theme doesn't have html there, so it cannot be added?

All web pages are rendered to the browser as html. Regardless, you can install their WordPress plugin and you should be good to go.
