I'm not asking about co-reg leads, I am asking about something where people who sign up and pay for Offer 1 are asked, at payment time, if they would also like to sign up for Offer 2.
So what I am looking for is an affiliate network that has this kind of arrangement, where someone who is going to purchase Service/Product A is given the opportunity to also purchase Service/Product B, which is provided by another company.
For example:
You buy a laptop from Dell. Dell lets you customize your PC however you want, and then it asks if you would like to sign up for AOL, Earthlink, etc. It also asks if you would like subscriptions to other online services like online backup or whatever, and it does all that before you pay for the laptop. If you accept any of the extra offers, Dell will forward your payment info to the companies providing the respective offers.
