CloudFlare DNS Zones?

got this message from support on my hosting

"
Hello,

We have changed the server IP to distribute the websites on different shared IPs. This should help to fix the issue permanently.

Please, change the "A" value in your CloudFlare DNS Zones to:xxx"

where do I find cloudflare DNS zones?

Yes, use your account/cPanel app if your provider support it.

found it in the cpanel... added new A record on my domain and that IP adress which he sent me, also when I go to manage on my domain every "A" is set to IP adress which he sent me... Don't know what is the deal here waiting for him to respond, my site suddenly went down and he said that I do this and it should fix it, but it didn't...

Naa my man you dont mess with cpanel records here.

Go to your Cloudflare account > DNS there you will find DNS records Cloudflare is using add/change it there.

Since when you first time add your website to Cloudflare it automatically extracts your dns records but since your records have been updated by host you need to change it manually at Cloudflare now

when I try to click on cloudflare in my cpanel this message pops up "Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel."

I am talking about your Cloudflare account you need to login there and change dns not from cpanel

You can login from cPanel app or Cloudflare site with the same credentials - it's same. But don't use Zone Editor - this is not cloudflare

Most providers have the cloudflare app directly in cpanel, that's what I meant

I don't think I have one, does it come along wordpress account or what? because I checked my email adress which I'm using and there is nothing from cloudflare, also tried to reset the password just can't...

You cannot have Cloudflare set up without an account. Maybe this is just a regular mail to all clients of this hosting company?

I think best bet is to wait for their respond... It would be much more easier if he actually explained where to change it and how to do it rather than just saying couple of sentences quoted in the first post... what a support omfg
