I have heard mixed reviews about bluehost, some good and some bad. To be honest, just try them out and see how you feel about them. I encourage you to look around at the reviews, whoishostingthis. c o m /hosting-reviews/bluehost/ As far as the cloud hosting thru them, I have not ever used it

I could see some good reviews on its side. Upon considering those reviews i could rate it 3.5 out of 5. Better go through the reviews of the customers so that you could get a better view on this hosting. But i couldn't find chat support in their site and i hope that could be a drawback.

Bluehost being part of EIG has a very huge base and hence aren't dynamic enough as compared to other hosts. Thier focus is not much on Customer Service rather Sales Numbers. So such aspects lead to certain form of issues.
