    Hello.

    I need some advice.

I have had 2 UK merchant account's now and both have been shut down due to exceeding the 1% chargeback rate.

I'm now stuck with no way to take payments for my business.

Does anyone have any recommendations of who to use? Not paypal or stripe.

    Thank you!

Hi, have you considered Nochex? We may be able to help you reduce your chargeback rate.

Consider selling directly on amazon and build your site upon that. It can be a solution. Another solution may be CCBill and Epoch.

Assuming you can lower your chargeback rate, you can also consider stripe.com as a temporary solution. [EDIT : just saw that you already heard about stripe, sorry]
Try to implement Maxmind for a fraud screening process.

-> EDIT : you can also contact your bank to see if they have established a way for you to receive payments online.

    Thank you for the replies

We are in the clothing business and due to purchasing from Aliexpress and the awful quality items we were receiving chargebacks.

We're UK based but don't mind paying high transaction fees.

    Suggestions appreciated
