Closure of my Stripe account

Guys, i just received and email earlier saying that my stripe account was closed claiming that It is in violation of the Stripe Services Agreement and in my stripe dashboard they're mentioning Due to the violation of the Stripe Services Agreement, your Stripe account has been closed. If you believe this is an error, we need to collect some additional details about your business.

i have no idea how to appeal to that, or if it's still possible for me to recover my account, any suggestion or help will be highly appreciated.

Same thing happened with me
They are even blocking funds and holding on to it. Not releasing, not refunding.
is there any Stripe representative on this forum?

Provided all government issued documentations, verification, selfies, selfies with ID cards and what not. I have zero dispute activity and zero disputes on my account since the time I have started using it. Not a single client issue. But stripe thinks that my account is high risk and at the same time it won't refund to the client as well.

i understand , payment processors like paypal , stripe are weird sometimes.
 
It happens very quickly. If there is the slightest sign of undesirable transactions, your account will be closed forever.

The same client has paid from the same credit card before without any issue and suddenly for the latest payment Stripe thinks that it's a Red flag

The irony is they are the ones who are stealing the money. At least they can refund the client, but they wont

Lol so true.

I will be looking into backup payment gateways I think. I don't want to be surprised.
