Closing AC account ?

I have two, want to close one. How do you close an AC account? Any help is appreciated.

Any reason why you want to close one ?
Also, have you submitted any articles from that account ?

2 articles I submitted from the one I want to close. I heard they make problems with people who have multiple accounts. They already suspended one, but are reactivating because I sent a W-9. It has a higher clout.

If there is nothing linking you to this account (i.e. no shared paypal email address), then why not leave it open, and make money off the performance views ?
