Clone of Scribd or link to document sharing solution

Heya, I've been using Joomla 1.5 and the doc extensions to attempt and get a free book, article and text sharing site up and running and I need another solution.

Ideally, I'd like something akin to scribd but customizable or at least a solution that lets me view the texts/books from whatever format in html or text and download them in other formats whether converted on the fly or stored in multiple formats. I have around 40,000 files I need to import into the site and will have upwards of 150,000 - 200,000 once I get everything up, running and working well.

even if it was possible you do know how long it will take to upload 200,000 files well maybe not to long depending on your conection good luck

Yea, I've transferred 400gb this month... I know exactly what I can upload and download at 300-400 kps.

I had a 2U rail setup with a 5tb array that my gf mnaged to wreck recently by knocking it over cleaning. ^^

I have the hosting, I have most of the files, I have the transfers for my hosting and also the disk quota unlimited. I could toss up 300gb and not worry about it.
