Do you guys try to hide your real identity when setting up a VPS? I guess that is quite difficult to do since you have to pay using a paypal or credit card.

This is suggested work-around: always claim innocence (with being able to back-up any claims).

What I mean is that if you start sending out emails from a VPS and they start asking you questions etc - its best to say that you are "new" to "email marketing" and that your opted-in list you migrated over from a previous venture etc. And sorry, yes you won't do it again. Learn from what flagged you up and move on to another VPS.

Im new to this and the above is written w/out experience. Am I on the right track here? Is that what you guys suggest etc? Reason I ask is b/c I am shortly blasting a list so am learning hour by hour...
