Today I saw that one of my sites has 0 traffic from google and when i typed the URL of my site into google I couldn't find my site. I didn't had WMT installed so I did and a few hours later I saw a message about "Cloaking and/or sneaky redirects".

To be honest I was actually happy it wasn't a link penalty, especially since I didn't build links to this site for several months.

I have removed an affiliate html code that might have redirected some users and this way caused a review of google. Anyone has experience how long it does take for google to remove this kind of penalty (non link penalty)?

To get rid of Cloaking and/or Sneaky Redirects penalty, you should convince Google that you have removed an affiliate code from your site and you will never do this again.
