Is there a way to create a links page for reciprocal linking, where it looks like a regular page on the site, but contains nofollow, does not index in google and is actually iframed so it isn't part of the site's domain.

The obvious aim is to get the benefits of one way links by having a seemingly invisible links page.

Anyone? I mean although I don't know how to do it, it seems fairly simple if that makes sense.

If the page doesn't appear in Google, chances are people won't exchange links with you anyway.

The best way is probably just to use a Meta Index,Nofollow in the head section so no outbounds are counted on the page but everything appears normal.

However instead of trying to trick people, why not buy a PR3/4 domain for $20 and do 3 way link exchanges with it.

Why would you want to go through effort to NOT benefit the people who are nice enough to link to you? Unless they're direct competitors (who probably wouldn't trade links with you anyway) then why would you be worried about increasing their site rating? (If anything increasing your rating would just make the inbound link to you better.)

Believe it or not some people have no idea what PR even is, they just link for traffic purposes. I'm not going to fleece anyone who plainly wants to link for PR, they'd know anyway. So nobody is getting hurt.
