Cloak or DMR on my page

So I have a BH site with several links on it, I want to do a dmr or perhaps cloak the links? I know how to do a simple redirect dmr with a url but I need help with dmr without my blank url. All the dmr stuff I see here is just url redirects. So basically I need a dmr that works when a visitor clicks a link on my page. Any help?
