I don't get you guys who are doing pretty big promotions for some companies that have little to no reputation.
Ever heard of azoogleads,hydra,marketleverage, etc?
And, yes, call them once, call them twice. If they won't pick up your calls send them a mail (a true mail) stating that you are going to sue them or something.
Do not send them a letter threatening to sue them. Come on!! That is called blackmail. Send them a letter but don't make any threats. Make records of what they owe you and hope that they basically say "we aren't going to pay you". They can only not pay you if you broke TOS. The burden is on them to prove it.
(This is if you both are from the US. I haven't checked. The rest is up to you.)
Clix has never paid me either. I made over $300 my first month and good thing I stopped to check to see if I would be paid because I have been waiting since August 08 and haven't received crap. I've called many times and all I get is a dothead answering machine. I've emailed my "affiliate manager" mass emails and never heard a thing.
They are a scam...I doubt you'll get any money from them.
With many real "businesses" as soon as you mention litigation, lawyers, sue, or lawsuit, their employees are trained to hang up the phone and to never speak to you again.
So, if you do go the route of trying to "scare" your money out of them, make sure you are ready to follow through.
I didn't even threat. I just kept emailing asking for my money, LOL!
they finally got back to me today:
I sent them my true sources as I have nothing to hide, will report back IF I actually get a resolve to this.
any news here?
i think clixgalore takes any merchant that has 2 nickles between their butt cheeks and doesn't care if the merchant pays. just my experience.
well ,i saw so much bad news about this network...
Will never work with them...
