    Hey guys,

Some time ago, one client bought from me a $200 digital product. Product got delivered, client opened a paypal dispute which I won.

Now client wants the money back or else he's going to call the "postal officials" in his country (I think he lives somewhere in Italy, somewhere near Reggio Calabria).

The thing is, should I be worried at all?

    What would you do guys?

You won the dispute. You're all good now.

I'm not sure what in problem is with the good, or who's the 'bad guy' here but personally I wouldn't be worried. Just try to calm him down, let him sleep on it.

If you were in the US and he was in the US, then it may be a different story. That goes for Canada, UK, etc too.

Does he have your personal information? Did you do anything wrong?

He is in Italy and I am in Mexico if that changes anything :)

I think he does, as he bought from paypal, so paypal probably shared my info with thim.
Though I am not sure about it.

Unless he is Mafia, you have nothing to worry about.
Tell him to call whoever he wants but I think it is time to start referring to him as an ex-client.

Don't worry. You're from Mexico and he is from Italy.

I mean if he went to file a police report or something like that(worse case) then the
police would instant close it.(They don't have ressources for that).

To be honest man, several times in email has said something in the lines of "you won't rob the house of the thief". Also something in the lines of "you are playing with fire" and "There is going to get a good complaint post. Then I'll take other types of action, you know the movie The Godfather?".

I don't know if it's a bluff or not, but he seems quite convinced he can do some damage.

He is obviously a c@cksucker and trying to frighten you.
He has no connections, people don't operate like that, when bad people want to fuck you up, they just do it, they don't make threats.
He is some kid crying because he lost a PP dispute for $200.
    Just stop communicating with him.

He who laughs last, laughs longest.
I highly doubt that someone who can't afford to lose $200 has any sort of power to do any damage. Nevertheless, I'd probably be slightly paranoid because you never know who's on the other side. You should definitely report the guy to PayPal so that they know who they're dealing with, you may even get his account banned. Who's going to be the one laughing last then? Surely not him. :D

Bro, how would he have acted if he was for real with all of his threats?
Would he have told me so?

If paypal sided with you I wouldn't worry about him at all.
You should report his threat to paypal, they may ban him.

I have been in that position myself, couple times. One thing I've learned in the internet all these years..... 85% of people BS about most things they say. Don't let it get to you, that's what he wants.

He is just trying to psyche you out. Only ones that could of done something against you, were Paypal and they sided with you.

He wouldn't make threats like that if he was for real.
Not with anything that could be recorded/saved and used in a court of law.
He might have phoned you up and threatened you, if he thought it wasn't being recorded.

If he wants to fuck you up physically then he will have to pay somebody locally to do it. This will cost more than $200.
Also if he really did have any connections he would probably keep his mouth shut because he is going to look like a fool for getting worked up over $200. I bet he is under 20.

Report to PayPal to get it all on record. Tell him you're reporting his personal threats to the proper authorities in your country and his country and will get the police involved. Ask him for the name of his attorney so that you're attorney can contact them - you're pressing charges for threatening you (something along those lines).

See if he emails you back after this.

$200 is a joke - has to be a kid on the other side.

Did he give a reason why he wants his money back - did you deliver what you said you would?

He has no change of doing anything, close down all contact with him............I don't believe the postal
officials in Italy have any power over a digital product being delivered. He got the product for his money,
end of story... if you have a site , you might want to get a new one, just in case he pays a hacker to come
after your site....move to another product to promote, change everything about your business, so he can't
mess with you in the future, become a ghost to him....he is just a big mouth blowhard jerk...lol
