exactly.. Just answer the service was delivered as advertised on the website and you'd probably be fine.

I usually just call paypal on the phone, and let them know its virtual goods, they take care of the matter right away.

This is exactly what you need to do, escalate it to a claim and put in the details of the service stating that it was a service with no tangible products involved and state that the service was delivered as promised. Then, call PayPal (Very important) and let them know that you escalated it to a claim and that the service was delivered as promised and that the buyer is trying to scam you.

Do this and you will win this dispute. I can't stand scammers that try to pull this, if you don't want to pay for something then don't purchase it!

Good luck and I think you'll be able to recover the funds without an issue. :)

I was getting worried when you said you couldn't find pay pals phone number considering you just click a button to see it ... But thankfully you ended up getting it sorted.

I remember getting scammed a couple years back... It was a game account. I opened a dispute but lost it since it was a digital good. Was going to call PayPal, but was afraid they would notice I was 9 years old and ban my account.

Roy, you're in the driver's seat in this and have all the power since you sold digital goods. Moreover, you can call PayPal. I think you're fine.

Any update? My previous experience says that digital goods do not come with buyer protection.

Was it possible to open a dispute after 2 weeks of purchase? I think they only allowed 7 days for the dispute if I am not mistaken.

Escalate it to a claim first and send them the screen shots of you and buyer conversation and proof That you delivered the service.Send them all possible things.make sure to convince pay pal that The Buyer is trying to scam you.
