    Hi fellow blackhatters!

An SEO client of mine has a company that is starting to rank in the Big-G top-10 for various keywords. He also owns 30 other domains that are very SEO-friendly but have no content on them. All they do is redirect to the main domain.

Since they are pretty specific keywords-domains I was thinking of throwing up wordpress on them and filling them with articles and content and then linking back to the main page.

Would you guys advise this technique or am I missing something very important?

    Thanks in advance!

Yeah it has always worked good for SERP, but you have to make sure that all whois information is different or hidden and they all should be on diff Class-C IP and then you are ready to rock. Try to put some about 5-10 articles in 2 weeks of times in each domain, put your main website's keywords in content of the blog posts not in BLOGROLL.

Hmm, all domains are registered to the same hosting company, most whois information is hidden, but its the same. servers are the same too I think ....

Does this really matter? I am not trying to build a link-wheel here. Just trying to rank with the individual long-tail URLS that my client already possesses and hopefully send the traffic back to the main site for sales.

Pick the top 5 exact match, no dashes, highest exact match traffic numbers from G keyword tool, domains and put up wp blogs with 3-4 articles each. Do not interlink in the beginning. Use an SEO plugin. See which of those performs best over 3 months and decide then what to do next.

IP diversity is VERY important with SEO...if these domains are all on a single shared account (which would mean 1 IP) then to get the most benefit you'd need to have multiple IP's. The two ways to do this are to (1) open several accounts at several hosting companies, or (2) get a single SEO-specific hosting account such as SEO-Hosts or SEOHosting. You're looking for unique class-c IP's and nameservers...with 30 domains you can probably get away with 6 ip's (5 per)
