Illegal means against the law. I doubt there is any country in the world that has enacted a law making click-jacking illegal. I could be wrong, but I think law-makers have bigger problems to deal with.
You may have a method that is illegal, but as you haven't shared your method, who knows?
No, fraud is fraud where ever you go.
You also seem to be underestimating the Adsense team. Doesn't matter if it's legal in certain countries or not, you won't be getting paid if they catch you.
Clickjacking or likejacking? Anyway, none of them can be punished by law.
If you are referring to Google or facebook as countries, then yes its illegal in all countries
My best shot is that there aren't any real "laws" against it.
Yet you will not receive a cent once they find out.
I think its like using bots, you will never be going to jail for using them ( if it's not a illegal tool like a creditcard hack or w/e ) but you will not receive anything once found out and results in a ban.
