what are the best practise for adding Clickbank aff links in Twitter posts? is it enough to shorten our links with bitly or similar? do we need any redirections? maybe something like blogspot redirec?, is it necassary? is landing page necassary? how many times can we uses the same link in our posts, in different accs?

Direct linking in Twitter to CB product probably doesn't work. CPA email submits worked the best for Twitter when I was making money 7 years ago. If you want to sell CB products I would build an email list from Twitter and then sell through the list.

How can you create this mailing list?

there is no hard and fast rule. But I recommend you use each link no more than a few times per day to prevent Twitter from flagging your accounts as spam.
