    Hey fellow Blackhatters,

Recently i've had one of my Clickbank Vendor accounts cancelled as per the new hitler regime ( Account rating system)

I believe I have had my competition buy our product then request charge backs which has put me in hot water with Clickbank.

I have lodged several support tickets - All of which have been opened and closed by the support staff without sending any further advice on how to proceed.

Rather than banging my head against the wall and trying to re-brand and go the route of a new vendor account with CB i think its time for me to consider other payment gateways.

Can any seasoned product vendors shed some light on whats working as of March 2013 - I understand the landscape of the market has changed due to laws and regs around how we conduct business on the web.

My products are set up using the membership platform fast member so ideally it would work hand in hand with this to prevent any major development changes to my product delivery.

    - I'm looking for a company with good policy's on refunds/charge backs
    - rates for services that are not criminal
    - affiliate tracking (not fussed if they don't have many existing as I like to recruit affiliates manually)
    - custom rev share setups if possible.
    - reliable payments.
    - personal service by my own AM would be a nice breathe of fresh air.

I'm in the health niche selling info products with cross sell/upsell's and back end recurring.

Thanks for your advice in advance.

*** Note to Clickbank*** We have done business for over 10 year's now - It's been a fun ride but business is business - I would have like to have thought our relationship was valued somewhat after all time served and the simple fact this is my family's lively hood! I must admit i have a bad taste in my mouth. Deleting/closing support request's instead of simply shedding some light on the situation is simply bad business.

You can try Plimus or Click2Sell.eu as payment processors with affiliate platform.

Or if you don't mind using your own paypal account - then jvzoo etc

Good luck. I had many support tickets deleted before I ended up ringing them to sort my problem.

As I read your post, I just realized that maybe it can be hard to start a vendor journey on Clickbank, because your competition can buy a lot of your products and then just request refunds to shut you down.
And if you don't sell a lot of them really fast to the real people, your refund rate just gets really high.

what are they thinking when marking your tickets as resolved and moving on - this sort of behaviour is piss poor - especially for a business of size....

what number did you call.... ?
