No one in fiverr selling real user traffic, all traffic from bot.
Better create a fb page and make an spend few $. after getting decent likes/subscribers promote the hop.

I have an idea. Ask him to give you a sample of his traffic and if you generate $100 in sales through leads generated from that sample traffic,tell him you'll buy his $5 gig and probably a beer too.

There are 3 types of fiverr traffic.
1. bots
2. proxy pings
3. outsourcing it on sites like AddMeFast, where people can view your site for 1-2 points. You can buy a 50k point account on seoclerks for 6$, imagine how many hits you can give. But again, it is just like bot traffic. Your page gets loaded for 10 sec then it skips to the next page, and so on..
all 3 types are worthless.
