I am writing an e-book to sell on Clickbank soon.

But the problem is.. I don't know how to create a salespitch page. I am planning to have a "blog" in the website too so that I can post entries to increase the chances of being indexed by Google.

    Help?

P.S: Please do not PM me telling me that you have some offers or want to be a writer for my e-book. I have received many offers already.

I recommend reading a few books about copywriting. Look for them at amazon, there's a few good ones. Another option is to look at other products in the same niche that sell well and reword their sales copy making yours sound more sexy.

Other than that all thats left to do is outsource it.

Check out the sales pages of existing Clickbank authors - Especially the top ones. Analyze their technique and "model" their style. Make two or three different sales pages for your product and test them to see which one is converting the best.

Cheers! . . . And Best of Luck With Your Product :)

You could always outsource for a nominal fee. Try Elance.com.

Too many idiots trying to start their own products before they have even doine affiliate markeitng themselves. Try get into creating landing pages for promoting products before to learn skills. Its good practice.

Yeap, I know. I've earned 5K with Clickbank so far. That is why I am moving to create my own product.

You are asking for downloadable templates of sales copy! Are you sure you made 5K profits?

Wiz gave you an excellent advice. If you can't follow that, then you either need to spend lot of time on learning copywriting or hire someone to write your sales letter.

Yeap, I did made that amount - actually much more. The reason why I'm asking for downloadable templates because I'm lazy to design or hire someone ;)

Why pay when you can get for free :D

Pardon me if I sound stingy, just that this will be my first attempt that is why I am asking so much.

Still, thanks for the advice, mate :)

    Off to do.

Same question here, do I actually have to design the landing page by my self? Aren't there any templates that I can use?

Just find 10 good ones, and take the best bits from each (obviously change it a little, but the ideas are there)

    I disagree with this TOTALLY.
When I was a relative noob about 8 years ago, after reading a few guru books, I decided to create my own ebook instead of promoting other peoples.

I wrote a diet book and did my own sales page, website and copy- I didn't know how to do any of it when I started, but learned each step as I came to it. It took me around 3 months of working on it for a few hours everyday.

I could of outsourced it of course, but money was tight, and I don't think I actually knew about outsourcing then anyway.

I made around $15,000 profit the first year and have earned of it steadily ever since. I never promote it in anyway now, but it gets around 80 hits a day in organic traffic, and there are still affiliate sales coming in, I make about 3 or 4 sales a week still.

Everyone and their dog is trying to be an affiliate- if you know a bit about something with desperate buyers I think doing your own product is much easier and more profitable long term.

After 3 months of work, that was basically it, apart from a few updates here and there, and the odd tweak to the sales page.

I recently decided to do another related product, which I am now working on, plus completely revamping the first one, as each will given with the other as a bonus.

My advice is first make your own product, then go on to affiliate marketing- I have never made as much from affiliate marketing as I did from my own ebook, and I have had to work far harder at affiliate marketing.

Edit: I guess the OP has now got their salespage sorted out, but this looks useful for anyone else who is thinking of creating their own product.

x Site Pro will help you make the sales page. They have a good demo vid here
    xsitepro.com/video-demo.html

I haven't done all of that fancy stuff with it, but the demo shows them making all of the fancy gizmos that are on most good sales pages. Examine a sales page you like, write your own versions of all of the different blocks of text, then plug them into xSitePro. Also, there's some package called x Site Headers or something like that that will make extra heads you can use in x Site.

And don't those SqueezexxPagexx and LandingxxPagexx apps do this too? I haven't used them, but I believe this is what they're for. Anyway that's what their sales pages say!

Good luck with your product chum! :beerchug:
