Clickbank Product Rejected - Despite Similar Items in Marketplace

    I got this message:

    "I have reviewed your product with our product manager. After a full evaluation we have decided we cannot accept this product. In the past, we have accepted products very similar to yours. Due to the customer service issues along with the extremely high refund/chargeback rates, we no longer permit them"

    This is pretty dumb. I have had 2 CB product in the past. I sold 30 copies with 0 refunds so I have a good track record.

    What I am selling is an audio software, and there are a bunch of very similar products in the marketplace which I told the lady who rejected me.

    Should I try calling Clickbank? The lady seemed pretty useless. She didn't even understand the product in the first place even though it was so obvious.

    Anyone have experience being rejected for this reason? I would really like to stick with Clickbank but this is pretty ridiculous saying

    "Due to the customer service issues" - How can they compare me to other vendors in terms of customer service

    I got this rejection before.

    You can try submitting again but with different category. I did this and got accepted.

    i have the same problem and don't know what to do now, will try re-submiting it in different category :)
