I've been with ClickBank for many years. Never had any problems and always been paid on time. I have a very low refund rate and everyone has always been happy with my sales. When their colour coded rating system was introduced I immediately hit their top violate status. My account had the lowest risk. To be honest I was expecting this since 99% of my traffic was highly targeted PPC.

On January 17th 2013 I went to check my stats and realized that I have not made any sales for the last 2 days. I could not see any clicks either. Something was not right. I clicked on one of my hop links and saw the following message: "This site is no longer in service or has been disabled due to a terms of service violation.". I looked at my payment history and saw "SUSPEND" next to the most recent payment. The worst thing is that I continued driving paid PPC traffic to their hoplinks for the last 2 days spending almost $200. They did not bother to call or email me regarding my account being suspended. They just suspended it without any warning or notification.

I opened a new support ticket asking for explanation and patiently waited 3 working days. No reply. A few days later I decided to email CB Security and after a while they did reply with "Your account was suspended due to its relationship to account "xxxxxxxx". Now I've never had any other accounts, never logged into any other account nor have I ever coached or advised anyone on any CB marketing. I've explained the situation and like in the previous case with the ticket I've created they did not bother to reply.

The worst thing is that a few months ago I've spent $1800 pushing a people search offer with life long recurring monthly commission. It did not really convert that well but I figured that I will get my money back in the long run anyway as it continues to generate revenue every month. In fact recurring billing has generated me $51.96 since yesterday. So my leads are still generating monthly commission, the people search vendor is still sharing agreed % but it's ClickBank that's keeping all this money.

If you have been with ClickBank a long time like me and learned to trust them, start spreading your eggs between multiple baskets because you never know when they decide to throw you out like a piece of junk without even bothering to notify you or deal with you. I have 15 years internet marketing experience and I've never had to deal with a more pathetic dismissal.

Here are a few ClickBank alternatives that pay you instantly via PayPal each time a sale is made.

JVZoo, Rapbank, Payspree, Mooshpay, Digiresults, Paymentchamp, Jennyclicks

Sux, but just open a new one with a proxy then use your wife/girlfriend/brothers/company name in it instead.

I hate it when they close your account though when you have a load of people on recurring commission, plimus did it to me a while ago and I was getting like $50k a month passive income from recurrs all gone overnight.

Wow... clickbank is turning into ebay?
It should be quite easy to open another one without them knowing about the first one.

I won't bother opening another account. Better spend my time and money elsewhere. I've had some good results with a few instant pay networks so I'll concentrate on those for the time being.

Sorry to hear about this, hope you get on fine with the instant pay networks.

I guess I won't be investing any more money into clickbank campaigns then. Thanks for the warning.

See what converts on CB and check if the same product is listed on other networks. You may even find a better product in the same niche.

Sorry for your loss man, seems like you were doing pretty fucking great...

That is sickening. The worst thing about these types of situations (apart from the loss of income) is that no body from the company gives any proper explanation or even has the decency to notify you about it.
Hope you recover fast.

What was this other account? Why not name it here?

Also, were you doing anything black hat? Tons of people get away with BH with Clickbank but maybe they are cleaning up.

Try contact the vendor directly - see if you can work out a deal and some sort of system for sales

Shocking that they never contacted you

This is why i have steered clear from clickbank, i know other people are having these same issues with them and it's just going to continue to grow i bet.

You are the first person I've ever heard being banned from Clickbank. I see no reason to start looking anywhere else.

Why don't you phone them instead of just accepting your lot? For all you know, they could've made a mistake and think you are some mega-black hatter.

Get on the horn. Right now you just seem obsessed on revenge and trying to get people to switch.

Which Instant payment network you are currently using out of these:
JVZoo, Rapbank, Payspree, Mooshpay, Digiresults, Paymentchamp, Jennyclicks

Please guide!

Thanks for the heads up, will quickly move to those aff program + amazon, as i'm in red. I'M promoting some make money online product and the refund is about 20%.

Overall, I dont get their policy. I make them good cash..

Been here before, yeah that is really what you have to do is spread the wealth amongst multiple networks. Hope it works out.

do you know why clickbank ban your account? I hardly see clickbank bans an affiliate.

Now are you banned because you're promoting xxxxxxx, which they approve in the first place?

That makes no sense. ClickBank is going down the hill.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me about 8 months ago. I was a top affiliate for several products and was bringing in about 30k a month in sales which I spent about 20k a month on paid ads. Like you, they didn't contact me and when I noticed I was SUSPENDED it was 4 days too late and I had already dropped money in ads for the next two months. Luckily I got about half of that back and was already in the habit of saving money. I learned about a $20,000 lesson on Clickbank.

I traded e-mails with them several times, but of course they were automated messages. I eventually received the "Oh, we already e-mailed you" (which for the most part means you've been blocked) e-mails that ex-CB Affiliates joke about every day. Some people back on CB and never have issues ever again, but this is probably a 1 out 10 thing for people who are top affiliates and were actually making money.

Oh, and mine was tied to an account I had made 3+ years ago and never did a single thing with when I first heard about CB, and I totally forgot it even existed. Never made a sale, or even a hop link. I just made the account because I read some eBook on making money with CB, forgot about CB for a while, then decided to actually start about 2 years later.
