I've been looking for some clickbank products for an existing site, and found lots with 0 grav and N/A avg conversion.

What happens with these? Do people actually try their luck and see what happens?

If the gravity is 0 so no one is looking for such products or the products failed in their own marketing. So don't waste your time and go with products with gravity 5 to 30, if you are going to promote on your website. The competition will be moderate and you will get better conversions, if the review is solid and well structured.

Thanks.

Does anyone just put them as ad banners without a review? I presume they will convert less, but I suppose I'm wondering if they will convert at all without the review?

If the product is relevant to your website niche then you will get great conversations with banners and ads without review. But if you are running a general blog and put the banners of random products then it's hard to get any sale.

Yes, I found a lot of products within my niche, which is good.

I just don't like the idea too much of reviewing them when the site isn't a review kind of site, it may look tacky.

I will find some and try them out as banners then, thanks.

You could use question based posts where you talk about a problem, then have the clickbank product as the solution. Just make it as passive sounding as possible.

Mind to ask , usually for a Product how many hops can roughy convert at least A sale?

It all depends on the product. Like in the health niche you will get a sale after 40 to 50 hops and in the forex niche, you will get a sale after 500 hops.

Is there a specific time that the CB dashboard updates? I'm not expecting results yet, just don't want to keep checking for hops if it only updated once a day.

Hijacking my own thread,sorry me.

It depends on the timezone but I check the DB after 2 to 3 days.

Where are you pulling these numbers from? I have read at many places, many times, that clickbank product takes just about 1000 hops for a sale.
