    Hello ,

    I will make this short

1.I made a product and submitted to clickbank
2.It has some images of a facebook game
3.Clickbank asks me if i have right to use those pictures ( and i don`t i think )

    My concerns are

    1. If i tell Clickbank that i don`t have right they will not accept my product
2.If i tell them that I have , they will ask for some proof or its just a thing they need to ask every vendor ?
    3. the 3rd option would be to aske the owner of the copyright to let me use his images for my product but we all know this won`t happen

Please tell me what to do , i really want clickbank to accept my product

If you "don't think" you do, then you don't. Just switch the images out or get rid of them altogether and then answer their email saying something like "in order to avoid the issue of authorized use altogether, I switched out the images" or something like that.

You never make any money unless your product is on the market. It may not be exactly how you want it, but neither you or Clickbank has to worry as much about a stupid lawsuit now.

If it were me, I'd make some new images and resubmit the product, then you can say for a fact that you have the rights.

if i change the pictures then i will lose my credibility because nothing will be like the actual game

for example : a guide for a game , ex farmville guides how did clickbank accepted those ? For sure they didn`t have right to use the pictures or videos from the game ...

Yup, make up some images, buy some from a stock photo site, or have a designer make some up. Poor? Try sxc.hu

You don't have the right to use them, when i made my farmville/cafe world products a while ago they didn't ask me, but I got a C&D from zynga, I guess clickbank has cracked down on these. You need custom images even if you get in clickbank, zynga will take you down soon. good luck!

Can't you play the game on your PC and take a screenshot of you playing it?

Surely you have rights to use a screenshot of your own PC...
