Clickbank and Yahoo Answers?

Is posting Hoplinks in Yahoo Answers a breach (spamming?) of Clickbank's contract?

I've been seeing many CB links in Yahoo Answers and I thought that is considered spamming... won't CB ban affiliate accounts for spamming in Yahoo Answers?

I really dont think Clickbank or any of the merchants care where their sales come from as long as its not obviously illegal. your more likely to get your account banned by Y! than clickbank
