I've this account that I've used for about three weeks, with 500-600$ in it.
Today I can't log in, it says "HTTP Status 401 - Authentication Failed: Bad credentials".
Clicking one of my affiliate links I get this: [ affiliate = None: Blocked due to Terms of Service violation ]
Only thing to notice is that three or four days ago I got a chargeback for the first time. Is this enough to stole my money?
My traffic is not crappy, I do a lot of presale and usually I have very few refunds. I usually have about 100 hops/sale.

I've already contacted their customer support, waiting for a reply.
Do you think there's a way to get my money back?

Don't know. Doing everything as usual. Same traffic, same products. Everything I'm doing worked fine for more than two years. Really can't tell what the hell is happening.
And still no reply from the support.

I had no idea it was even possible to get banned from Clickbank, it's probably the most lenient aff. program I've come across. It could be a mistake on their part, but who knows. If it's on your end be prepared to spill the beans or that $600 is gone.

I never heard of this before.Clickbank will suspend your account if you get reported too many times for spam.Contact them to find out what is reason.

Still waiting their reply. Funny part is that I don't spam at all. I've almost completely switched to white hat techniques and I'm actually focusing on long term.

Well, I'll keep this thread updated until they'll explain what the hell is going on.

That was the first thing that I've done. But I still need to know what happened, and I want my money.
Is this happened to you too?

Will start making a new account at least once a week.
However, they answered my mail. Clickbank abuse department told me I've made a fraudulent sale. Yeah, sure, with an account with 600 bucks in it.

In my opinion that's just an excuse to steal my money. I was making 2-3 sales a day, why the hell would I want to make 1 fraudulent sale? I don't even know how to make a fucking fraudulent sale!

I guess someone used a card to do fraud and clickbank thought you had something to do with it, but Im sure they are not trying to steal your money on purpose.

They HAVE stolen my money on purpose. Still no answer from them.
There's no way they're in good faith. Nobody sane would try to do a single fraudulent sale with an account making regular sales. And they know that.
Also, I'm in Europe, all my sales are in the US. And they know that too.
