Can it be possible that after being on your order form they cancel it then use their own affiliate-links?I cloaked all my affiliate links so I'm sure that when they are interested in what I'm promoting they also buy it through my affiliate-links! So I won't loose my commission!

Welcome to the world of Clickbank!

This is really quite normal and is often the result of people either backing out of the sales process, fraudsters trying to use fake credit card info to buy the products, errors with the clickbank checkout function or even the alleged process that is shaving, where clickbank keeps the sales commission for themselves.

    Yes, I agree with Jacky.

I have been through this and support gave this reason, which is legit when thought by you.

Many of them fill the order form, yet don't proceed to pay.

BTW, that was and still is my favorite character in whole of Hollywood movies Jacky.

I've seen weird stuff like that with mine...only thing that blows is after I had that sorted there were some sales that were made through my aff id and the money is still sitting there until 5 more people with different cc's buy =o/ I have like 200 bucks I wish I could get to.

Fraudsters using fake credit cards is my bet. Where is your traffic coming from? The best sources are USA,UK, Australia, New Zealand.

What is happening lately with Clickbank? I also see lots of threads around there on same issue.

A good product should convert at least at 1 in 50! SERIOUSLY!

    50? Seems kinda of high.

I'm promoting 11 different products and get 1 order per 2 server calls on average.

Please explain what you meant by "2 server calls".

Are you referring to hits/order form submissions?

    Mike.

To be specific, I mean "order form server calls". I don't have a place that says "order form submissions". Unless server calls and submissions mean the same thing. For instance, here is 1 of my products -

    1,743 hops
    226 order form impressions
    17 order form server calls
    12 sales

So thats a bit lower than a 2/1 ratio for that product.

    Another product has

    308 hops
    47 order form impressions
    9 server calls
    5 sales

Which is again, is lower than a 2/1 ratio from server calls to sales. I can list more products if you need.

So when I see people getting 50 server calls and no sales... EVEN IF I saw 5 sever calls and no sales I'd be very paranoid that the affiliate is stealing traffic. A server call should mean that people are trying to order. I can understand people using fraudulent cards, or backing out of a sale. But that should be a small minority.

I don't know if I'm getting lucky. But if I was getting numbers like some of the folks in this thread, I'd drop my vendor immediately and send traffic to a different product.
