Class-C ip ? Is it necessary ?

Hello, I'm trying to make a blog network and I have a question.

Do I really need to put domain on different class-c ip ? If this does affect, then how link from aaa.blogspot.com to bbb.blogspot.com help then ?

If I have a squidoo page, and I get 100 backlinks from squidoo pages.Wouldn't this be backlink from same class-c ip ? Infact, same ip and domain.I have seen many squidoo pages that ranks well and get pr just from getting backlinks from other squidoo lenses.

I don't think it's a myth. The algorithm might be able to account for "authority" sites though. Thus 500 links from various blogger blogs pass PR nomally, while 500 links from 100 different sites setup on the same class-c IP shared hosting account end up getting diminishing amounts of link juice as more and more are added.

Can't imagine that would be too hard for the poeple that write the SERP software to do.

The solution to this if you want to use a lot of free blogs is to use a bunch of different ones. Don't get hungup on Blogger in any way.

Yea i want to know a similar type thing If you with hostgator lets say, how do you go about making sure ur getting different class c ips for each domain for each blog hosted or whatever, in regards to autoblogs that is.
