CLAD help - $$$

I am here because I have a client who's willing to pay top dollar for some massive posting and I need your help as to the best way to get this done.

I need to be able to post several hundred posts a day, and so I have considered the following:

1. Buy CLAD Genius
2. Buy proxies
3. Buy PVAs
4. Get to work!

What I need is:

1. Someone to setup CLAD for me
2. Recommendations for reliable proxies
3. Recommendations for PVAs

I am willing to pay for all of these services, but as a service to this forum, if there are website out there that offer these (that you are not personally affiliated with), it would be very helpful for the community to post here as well.
