I am a complete CL noob and want to outsource posting ads. I have a pretty decent trick up my sleeve but I do not know what specifications to give to the party I outsource to. I have thought of the following.

50 ads daily in the major cities.
    Jobs, Employment section.
    You use your PVAs

Anything else that I am missing, I'll put the cost per post ofcourse but other than that is there anything else.

On average how much traffic will 500 ads give, I mean how many unique visitors?

    Thanks

I think that would be more than 1000 unique visitors..

you could always check from alexa which city get most traffic and tell them that and that and that , so they don't do any stupid of their own ;)

You have to pay to put an ad in the jobs section of the top (traffic) 19 cities. After that there is still about 24 cities that are considered "high" traffic that do not charge a fee. I've also had good response from ads placed in cities that are considered fairly small. Keep in mind that a lot of small towns have few opportunities and high unemployment.

I'm a bit confused as to how many posts you wanted a day 50 or 500. If you had 50 posts in the jobs section, and your ad looked professional, and it didn't get ghosted, you should recieve anywhere from 10 to over 100 replys per ad. I know that's a big difference (between 10 and 100) but that's how it is. If you hire a poster to do 50 per day you should get a shit load of replys. If your not getting fairly good #'s then the guy probably isn't doing what he promised or he doesn't know what he's doing and the ads are getting ghosted. The only sure way to keep tabs would be to check every city and see if your ad is up. As far as not paying someone for a flagged ad...I don't think that's very fair. It's your ad afterall. If the ad is ghosted then it's the posters fault and you have a legitimate reason not to pay.

I think jumping right into 500 posts per day would be overwelming. I'd start with 25 and test your campaign to see if it "pulls". If it does then start ramping it up.

    Good Luck,

I would highly suggest starting doing it yourself or at the very least outsourcing a lower number of ads. This way you can get a feel for how things are going to run and you can get your system in place then start upping it. Good luck.
