CL account needing phone verification

Ok i've been trying to post ads all day via cladgenius using dial up internet. Getting quite frustrated. I"ve been changing IP's by reconnect/connect every post. I've created about 20 gmail/ craigslist accounts this morning and now in the evening i was about to post few ads so they dont go bad and they are all requiring phone verification. Only thing i can think of is did they just block that "IP"?cuz they are all like 72.251. ...... only the last 2 sets are changed. any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
