Well on the one hand that sucks, sorry for the delay, hope you get cash this month...
On the other hand, this is a process you should only have to go through once. The CJ people have checked you out and think you're OK, you're set up with the new accounts, and in the future it should be smooth sailing. =)
Yeah I came up with a great campaign in 2005 that got me my first $3k month, which (of course) immediately led to suspension and investigation. After talking to CJ (Ed, I think?) and explaining what was up, they understood why my traffic was weird and highly converting, so my account was cleared and I got my money.
No problems with payment since then. You should experience the same, if there's a problem from here out it'll be with individual advertisers not CJ.
However that's so easily fixed by swapping out your problem advertiser's links with their competitor, that you won't even worry about it.
