I've just started using Twitter.com to push some CJ.com offers, and I have had AMAZZINNGG success. I'm talking a few $ hundred a day here and growing. To hide twitter from CJ.com I first had a php redirect on my server to the offer...and I would tinyURL my server offer. Example: ***********/blah > myserver.com/offer/redirect.php > offer page I figured a php redirect would hide the referall so they don't think I'm spamming or something because that's what it seems like when you see Twitter.com being used for marketing. I then heard that php redirects don't hide the referall or cloak it or protect you at all...so I NOW set up a double meta refresh. Example of NOW: ***********/blah > myserver.com/offer/index.html > myserver.com/offer/offer.html > offer page I should be completely safe now right? I deleted all my old Twitter profiles that had links from the PHP redirect that way if they go to see them there's no twitter profile there. And now all my new traffic should show that it's coming from my server right? I just hope that when they see the old twitter.com URL referalls from a few days ago I don't get banned....I would hate to lose all this money and work over some stupid PHP redirect! I emailed the offer company because their terms say "No social network advertising. (Myspace or Facebook)" I asked them if twitter.com is okay...and they said as long as it's not against the terms (which there are none against twitter.com) then it's okay. Do you guys think I'll be fine? I'm looking towards a $5k+ paycheck next month....I'm gonna be SOOOO furious if I get suspended. Or maybe even my tinyurl > server php redirect > offer does hide the referall and I'm all safe anyways lol. Help me guys I'm freakin out!
