City Directory Theme

Anyone know of a good WP theme to use for a city guide/directory? Has anyone made decent money from a city directory/guide?

I have a city/state domain that gets a good amount of traffic.
Ex. miamifl.com (this is not the domain)

What would be the best use of such domain? Guide/directory/local business directory

Do some keyword research and see what the competition is.

Have a look at the top search returns and use Builtwith or view the source to see what they are CMS/Theme they are using.

The idea behind profiting from city guides/directories have been around since before Google started displaying local results w/ a maps location.
