Circumventing System Facebook Ads Policy

Hey, guys. I'm having some trouble with this Circumventing Policy and "techniques that attempt to disguise the ad's content or destination page". I'm currently using a Quizz (made with Elementor) that has 4 questions. The last question redirects the user a bit.ly shortcut which goes to the VSL page. I don't know where is the problem with the Cicumventing Policy. I thought that using Quiz was a very common thing so why am I being blocked? Any ideas?
