So, I wanted to try making a journey of my own to keep track of my progress, motivate myself, and hopefully also motivate and help other people. I have so far had some great success with churn and burn, but I have unfortunately not done enough tests. I just found a way which worked out great for me. Now I want to try combining some of the methods that has worked well for me in the past and see how far it gets me on a niche with 1.3 million monthly searches.

I'm using a blogspot because of the toolbar pr and the domain authority. I created it a couple of days ago and I've put up a 2100 word article using my main keyword as the only content along with a way of monetizing it. I just started backlinking with GSA SER half a day ago, and I have put most of my other projects on hold for this one. I usually believe in spamming as many garbage links as possible as quickly as possible, but on this one I'm doing this:

    • Moneysite <- spam with diversified anchors
    • Moneysite <- two high pr and authority 301 url shorteners <- spam with a project for each url shortener using only anchors with high search volume
    • Moneysite <- several high pr 301 url shorteners <- hundreds of random url shorteners <- spam using only my main keyword anchor
    • Moneysite <- 3 web 2.0s <- spam with a project for each web 2.0

In addition to this I have also purchased about 7k diverse social signals which will be drip fed in 7 days. I'm also debating with myself whether or not to get some extra power from SAPE. I'm not going to use a private blog network.

Please note that I will never share my earnings with you. I will not get stuck on the daily earnings as I will look at the bigger picture, but I will tell you that according to my calculations I'll be able to make $200-$500/day if I rank #1 for my keywords with high volumes of searches. However this will entirely depend on my ability to convert traffic. Also I will not share my way of monetizing with you for reasons I'll not reveal, but I can tell you that thinking outside the box is awesome.

I've got 34 keywords which I'll be going for. I'm only tracking 25 of these in serpbook and the remaining ones has below 3.5k monthly searches. Below you will see a screenshot of my keywords and this will probably be the only time I'm showing the monthly searches, but every time I update my rankings will be sorted after monthly searches. I've also rounded some number up and down to further keep my niche a secret.

Please feel free to ask questions, give me recommendations, and I'd love some healthy discussion on churn and burn.

Yeah I guess so. It's a sub-niche within a very large niche based on a brand.

It might be long, but according to my experience I should start showing up in the serps within a week or two so it should become interesting soon enough. Also if I don't see strong rankings within 2-3 months I will probably have failed then.

Edit: And thanks everyone for the encouragement! I'm honored to have the one and only ceosam (one of the best story inventors) in my journey.

Yeah sure, I'd probably call it somewhere around medium competition. I only have one big competitor which has got me worried, because it's a big authority site which dominates this niche and it has about half a million mostly natural backlinks in ahrefs.

    Another update!

I'm starting to see my blogspot show up in the serps, and my results so far looks very promising! I've been debating with myself whether or not to throw a good amount of SAPE links at it, but I think I'll just give it a few weeks to see how things are going and then make a decision. Also, I appreciate everyone who has shown interest in this :)

Edit: Btw. would anyone happen to know which engine makes this anchor [主页]? It has been used twice as much as my main keyword directly on my blogspot, so I am a little concerned about this. I've never made so many backlinks on whatever this engine is before.

    Damn! 12th on a 820k keyword!!

I mean that should bring ~50-100 visitors a day.

I will bookmark this and see if I can replicate the results. Are there any more little tricks and tips you used that you can share with us?

Thanks for creating this thread and sharing valuable information with community. I think asking a few questions that may lead to an interesting discussion is a way better way of replying to a thread instead of spamming "awesome man subscribed" so:

    1. What's your lpm and which is the number of links that you aim for with SER ? I mean do you want to create like 50 000/100 000/xyz links at total ?
    2. Do you scrape with SER or import site lists ?
    3. Just to be sure : "spam with diversified anchors" means naked and generic or also lsi and anchors like "find out more about keyword" ?
    4. Do you use any indexing service ?
    5. What's machine you use for SER ?
    6. Do you use default footprints from SER or add some more ?
    7. Are there any platforms you don't use in your campaigns for this project ?
    8. What kind of content do you use - created with some content generators and spun?

Good luck with your rankings, great to see some positive results already!

I forgot to mention that I have started exporting backlinks from sites with a paid Ahrefs subscription. I'm going through competitive niches and other good candidates to find sites with an anchor profile that looks like it has been made with SER. I have just started doing this, but it looks like it is going to give promising results.

I do agree with you and thank you for the questions.

    1. When I'm importing good lists my lpm is up to 300. My aim is to create as many links as possible, and I'd for example make 50 million if I could do it fast enough.

    2. I do both, but I try not to scrape with SER too much anymore. This project has only ran on imported lists so far.

    3. I understand your confusion. Actually I'm not using naked nor generic anchors here. I'm just using the keywords I want to rank for and I'm using the ones with higher search volume more than those with few searches.

    4. I'm using the Incredible Indexer which I've seen great results with on crappy backlinks, but I'm about to beta test another new service in a few days.

    5. I'm using a dedicated server located in the US. The server has 16gb DDR3 ram, a CPU with 4 cores and 8 threads at 2,67ghz, a 100 mbps unmetered connection, and with 100 private proxies.

    6. I only use the default footprints from SER. I have been meaning to add more footprints, but I have not done so yet.

    7. There are some platforms which I have deemed to not be worth my time when backlinking, but they are pretty few and I am also not doing docs, videos, and web 2.0s. I have also optimized the engines within each platform to only using the best performers based on a comparison of my global submitted and verified list.

    8. I use Wicked Article Creator. I usually scrape 60k word with it and word spin all these and then output content with a lot of variations. The content files I'm importing are usually around 3 mb in size.

Actually I'm not tracking visitors so I would not really know. I'll be tracking conversions in a few days though. And I'm not really doing anything that has not been described in this thread. I'm pretty sure that the spam directly at my blog has the most effect though.

I've only created 200k verified links so far in total, because I have had some pretty bad trouble with my server. I'm also usually having a problem going through all my e-mails, so now I have got about 300k e-mails in total which needs to be processed by SER. I think I've got a good way to do so now, so the amount of verified links might just spike today and tomorrow.
